Standard production is 10-14 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping. Rush production options are available at checkout for urgent orders.

Hand washing is recommended to preserve your custom imprint, whether engraving, screen printing, or full-color printing. This ensures your personalization remains vibrant through regular use.

We charge 8.25% sales tax on Texas orders only. Customers in other states are tax-exempt, though businesses can provide a valid tax exemption certificate if applicable.

Most stainless steel tumblers are top-rack dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of custom imprints.

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.
