Why doesn't the color of my printed product match the digital proof I approved?

The colors shown in the proof are approximate and will differ on each computer monitor. We use PANTONE® color numbers for mixing colors.

Can I use fonts other than those in your default font list?

Yes. You can select the 'other' option from the font list when placing your order and type in your preferred font name.

How many characters fit on a band?

Up to 44. The system will prompt you if you exceed this limit.

Can I customize wristbands with a different color than the popular colors?

Yes, you can customize wristbands with any color from our color chart. We have over 500 color options available.

How do I customize wristbands from your site?

Start by selecting your wristband style, color, and size. Then add your message or logo using our printing options: silk screen for high-quality graphics and custom text for personalization.

How will printing appear on Tyvek, Plastic, or Vinyl bands?

For all Tyvek, Plastic, and Vinyl bands, the message is always aligned left unless special instructions are given.

Digital Proof
What is digital proof?

A digital proof is a preview of your product's design. This proof will be emailed for your review, allowing you to request modifications as needed. You may request up to five revisions at no cost. Beyond that, a valid reason is required; otherwise, a $10 fee applies per revision

May I review a digital proof before confirming my order?

Yes, we provide a free proof before any payment. At checkout, simply select the "See Design - Pay Later" option. No credit card details are required. Once your order is submitted, we'll send the proof for your review within 2-4 business hours. You can request changes, approve and proceed with payment, or cancel at no cost.

I received my proof, and I want to make a change. How can I do that?

Reply to the proof email with your requested changes. We'll revise it and send you an updated version.

How long does it take to get a digital proof?

It will take anywhere from 4-6 hours.

How can I confirm the proof I received?

Simply reply to the proof email confirming the layout, and we will start production.

What are your wristbands made of?

Our wristbands are made of 100% silicone and do not contain latex. Email us if you require a test report.

Can you make wristbands out of rubber?

We manufacture exclusively with 100% silicone. While many people use rubber and silicone interchangeably, our products contain only pure silicone.

What is your minimum order quantity for wristbands?

What are "front message", "back message", and "internal message"?

Front and back messages are on the same side of the wristband but split in half across the bracelet. The internal message is on the inside of the bracelet, which is the part that touches your skin.

What wristband sizes are available?

We have the following sizes:

  • Extra Large: 8.5" (216mm) - For adults who require XL size.
  • Adult: 8" (202mm) - Most popular adult size.
  • Mid: 7.5" (192mm) - For women & young adults.
  • Youth: 7" (180mm) - For women or teenagers.

What is the mold fee?

Mold fees apply only when ordering multiple sizes in a single order.

Do you use laser engraving for debossed or color-filled bands with orders under 100?

Yes, for orders under 100 units. These are laser-engraved with a 90mm message limit.

How long will glitter last on the wristbands?

Glitter embellishments may gradually shed due to the material's nature. This is a characteristic of glitter-finished products, and we cannot guarantee permanent adhesion.

Do you have any other items made of silicone?

Do you have rubber bracelets for birthday parties?

Yes, you can customize any style of bracelet for birthday parties.

What are debossed silicone bracelets?

Debossed wristbands have text/logo engraved into the band. If you wish to have the text/logo in a different color, select the color-filled wristbands.

What are color-filled silicone bracelets?

These are debossed wristbands filled with a color of your choice.

What are embossed silicone wristbands?

Embossed wristbands feature raised text/logos on the surface. What are imprinted silicone wristbands?

What are imprinted silicone wristbands?

What are embossed ink-injected silicone wristbands?

What is the thickness of lanyards?

Are there extra charges for printing on Badge Holders or ID Reels?

No, standard printing on Badge Holders and ID Reels is included in the price. However, complex designs may incur additional charges. We'll notify you of any extra costs after reviewing your artwork.

Payment
What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Customers may also pay by check or purchase order (available for schools, nonprofits, and government organizations).

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax. We also do not charge any other fees, such as customs/brokerage fees.

Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs)?

What should I do if I made a payment twice by mistake?

Shipping and Production
What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by order quantity and are displayed on the checkout page.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses, or to a PO Box?

We only ship to physical addresses..

What is the standard production and shipping time?

Our standard timeframe is 10-14 business days. Rush production and expedited shipping options are available and vary by product style and order quantity.

How long will it take before I receive my wristbands?

It takes 7 days for production and 7 days for shipping for a total of 14 days, unless you choose to expedite your order.

How accurate is your delivery date?

98% of our packages are delivered to customers on the date specified on their receipt.

Note: Tyvek, Plastic, and Vinyl are fast-selling products. Extra rush production charges may apply depending on current queue volume. The factory will inform you of any additional charges after checking the delivery schedule.

I received a customs bill. What do I do?

As part of recent regulatory changes, the government has introduced new tariff policies affecting imports from specific countries. These changes may result in additional customs duties being applied to certain shipments. Consequently, shipping carriers may require recipients to settle these duties before releasing the package for final delivery.

If you receive an email from a shipping carrier requesting payment for customs duties on your tracking number, please follow these steps:

  • Open the link provided in the email/SMS from the shipping carrier.
  • Confirm that the tracking number matches the tracking details previously shared with you by us.
  • Proceed with the payment of the required duty amount.
  • Download the receipt or take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
  • Email the receipt or screenshot to us at sales@swagprint.com for processing reimbursement.

For USA and Canadian shipments, we cover all customs duties and process refunds within one business day via your original payment method.

Please note, it may take up to five business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

For shipments to countries other than the USA & Canada, recipients are responsible for paying customs charges, and no refund will be provided.

Will I get a tracking number once my order is shipped?

Yes, we will email you the number once the order is shipped.

Refunds & Cancellations
What if I need to cancel my order?

A $10 cancellation fee applies if your order has not entered production. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled due to incurred mold and material costs.

How can I submit a complaint about my order?

Log in to your account at https://www.swagprint.com/login, select Support Tickets from the left menu, and open a ticket for your order. Our team will respond within 2–4 business hours via email.

Special Request & Order Modifications
Can my wristband order be split into different colors or sizes?

Yes. A $40 mold fee applies when dividing sizes. Please mention any special requests in the special instructions.

Could I order two different designs in one batch of silicone wristbands?

You have to place multiple separate orders if you wish to have multiple designs.

Can my order be split into different colors?

Yes, you can split your order for a one-time charge of $10.

Can we split sizes and still receive the same price break?

Yes, as long as the message is the same.

How are combined keychain and wristband orders handled?

If the front and back messages are placed directly opposite each other, the message will be covered by the metal holder when the wristband is upgraded to a keychain. Therefore, we cannot position the front and back messages exactly opposite each other, as this would cause words to be cut off by the metal holder. The spacing will be adjusted accordingly to prevent this issue.

If keychains are ordered with wristbands, they will be made using the same mold to avoid additional charges. When no special instructions are provided, the message will be placed on random segments rather than fixed segments.

Types of Wristbands
Can I get a discount?

Our wristband prices are the lowest in the market with the fastest turnaround. Orders of 100+ qualify for our current free gift promotion. No additional discounts are available at this time.

Can I get a discount for a reorder since you have the molds?

No, we don't offer reorder discounts as we don't retain molds between orders. The mold material is remelted and reused for other orders to keep our prices competitive for all customers.

What is the 80% off promotion?

Our product pages display already-discounted prices. Additionally, orders of 100 or more include a complimentary gift.

Are there any current discounts available?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount on product prices only (excluding production, shipping, and sales tax), with a maximum of $100 per order. The coupon code applies automatically at checkout.

Will the 100 free wristbands be exactly the same as my order?

Yes, they will match your order exactly. For orders with multiple colors or sizes, the free wristbands will be evenly distributed. The 100 free wristbands apply to silicone bands only: Tyvek, vinyl, and plastic bands are not eligible.

Can I get the 100 free wristbands in a specific size?

Yes, you can. For example, if you order 50 adult and 50 youth wristbands and wish to get the 100 free in all adult sizes, then simply note in the special instructions that you want the 100 free in adult size.
