We accept high-resolution files in AI, EPS, PDF, or PNG formats, with vector graphics preferred for optimal print quality. Our design team can also help refine your artwork to ensure perfect results on your chosen pen style.

Refill methods differ by pen style. Ballpoint and gel models typically take replacement cartridges or refill tubes. Fountain pens use either snap-in cartridges or bottled ink with a converter. Always consult the manufacturer’s directions to ensure correct refilling and proper performance.

Options generally include click, twist, and cap. Mechanism availability depends on the design.

Most models use smooth‑flow inks designed for everyday use. Line width and feel differ by tip and ink type.

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.
