What happens if there’s an issue with my order?

If there’s a manufacturing defect or print error, contact us within the stated window with photos; we’ll resolve it with a reprint or appropriate remedy after review.

Are there discounts for bulk orders or recurring purchases?

We don’t retain custom tooling due to material cost; those materials are recycled for future orders to keep overall pricing down. Because of this, our everyday pricing is already set at the most competitive level with quick turnaround, so we’re not offering additional bulk or recurring-order discounts now.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.
