What file types do you accept for custom designs?

We accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, and vector files, including AI and EPS formats. Our design team can also help optimize your logo files for the best printing results on your custom tumblers.

Are the tumblers dishwasher-safe?

Most of our stainless steel tumblers are top-rack dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to preserve the imprint quality and extend the life of your personalized drinkware.

Do you offer proofs before production?

Yes, we provide detailed digital proofs for all custom tumbler orders before production begins. You'll have the opportunity to review and approve your promotional tumblers design before we start manufacturing.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity varies by product and can be as low as 1 piece for select tumblers, but typically starts at 12 pieces for most tumblers. The minimums are clearly displayed on each product page.

How do I clean the lids and straws?

The lids and straws on our travel mugs are designed for easy cleaning with warm, soapy water. For thorough cleaning, we recommend using a bottle brush for the straws and removing all components when possible.

What is your return or remake policy?

While we stand behind our quality with a satisfaction guarantee, if there's a production error or quality issue with your personalized insulated tumblers, we'll redo your order. Note that you will have 30 days from the date of delivery of the products.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.If you are tax-exempt, simply enter your tax exemption number at checkout, and the tax will be automatically waived.
