What are promotional mouse pads made of?
Most custom acrylic mouse pads use transparent materials like durable and lightweight glass. The top layer is usually a smooth fabric that helps with mouse tracking, and the bottom has a rubber grip to keep the pad from sliding around on your desk. We ensure all materials match our high-quality standards for life and durability.
Am I able to use my own artwork on customized mouse pads?
Absolutely. You can upload your own graphics, photos, or company logos. Just make sure your image file is of great quality and high resolution, so your final product looks crisp and modern.
What size options do you offer for custom acrylic mouse pads?
We carry a range of sizes to fit different needs. Visit each product page to view the available size options and details. Pick whichever size works best for your workspace and how you like to work. Our custom mouse pads make excellent desk accessories to personalize your setup.
How should I care for my custom mouse pad?
Cleaning is simple. Use a damp cloth with a little mild soap, or gently scrub with a soft brush. Skip the harsh chemicals. Many cloth mouse pads can even go in the washing machine, though it's best to double-check the care instructions first. For an acrylic mouse pad, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
Do custom acrylic mouse pads work well as gaming desk accessories?

They sure do. You can create custom mouse pads built for gaming purposes. Gaming-focused pads often have textured surfaces that give you better control and accuracy, plus they come in bigger sizes for those sweeping mouse movements.

Many gamers also appreciate pairing their mouse pads with wrist rests or wrist support desk accessories for added comfort during extended gaming sessions. Acrylic mouse pad options are also popular for their smooth, durable surface. Our customers frequently purchase wrist rests alongside their mouse pads for optimal ergonomic support.

How long does it take to receive my custom mouse pads?

Custom mouse pads production and shipping standard timeframe is 10-14 business days. Rush production and expedited shipping options are available and vary by product style and order quantity.

The timeframe depends on the delivery date you choose. Our customers appreciate our reliable service and timely delivery.

Do I have to order in bulk, or can I get just one mouse pad?

You can absolutely order just one. We're also happy to accommodate larger quantities, whatever works for your needs. Our price remains competitive whether you order a single quality product or bulk mouse pads, and the price per unit may decrease with larger orders.

Customers can purchase any quantity that suits their requirements.

How do I return mouse pads, and do you offer a full refund?
To return an item, you'll need to arrange and pay for ground shipping to send it back to us. Once we receive your return and verify the issue you reported, we'll process your full refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued as either store credit or back to your original payment method.
