Prompt assistance with product design and edits. Finished products very eye catching - we did fill color logos on drawstring bags. Great price as well!

See More FAQs
What balloon types are available for customization?

We offer personalized chrome balloons in multiple sizes, foil Mylar in heart, star, and round shapes, giant PVC balloons, confetti-filled options, chrome finishes, and individual letter/number balloons for complete personalization flexibility.

What's the minimum order quantity for custom balloons?

It varies by product. Some balloon styles have a minimum of 25, while others can be ordered as a single piece. Please check the price chart on each product page for the exact minimum per item.

Are balloon accessories and decoration kits available?

Absolutely! We offer complete themed decoration kits, balloon pumps, ribbons, display stands, and everything needed to create stunning balloon displays for any celebration.

How long do custom-printed balloons maintain their quality?

Our premium printing process ensures vibrant colors and sharp details throughout your event, with latex balloons maintaining helium longer and foil options providing extended display life. The balloons shine beautifully from start to finish.

Are balloons suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, but direct sun, wind, and heat will reduce float time. Use proper tethering and weights, and avoid sharp surfaces.

How should I store balloons before my event?

Keep them in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight and sharp objects. Inflate as close to the event time as possible for best results.

How long do helium-filled latex and foil balloons float?

Helium-filled balloons typically float for hours (longer with hi-float treatments), while foil/Mylar can float for days. Conditions like temperature and altitude affect results.

What is your refund policy for late delivery?

If transit delays cause your order to miss your event date, you will receive a full refund automatically.

Do I need to pay any tax on these stunning latex chrome balloons?

We only add sales tax for orders shipping inside Texas. That means an 8.25% tax goes on your total for those deliveries.

If you're tax-exempt, just add your exemption number during checkout. The system will remove the tax right away.

What file formats do you accept for logos?

We accept JPEG, PNG, EPS, AI, and PDF formats of your company logo, with downloadable artwork templates available for sizing guidance.
