See More FAQs
What balloon types are available for customization?

We offer latex balloons in multiple sizes in alphabet, numbers, and round shapes, giant PVC balloons, confetti-filled options, chrome finishes, and individual letter/number balloons for complete personalization flexibility.

What's the minimum order quantity for custom balloons?

It varies by product. Some balloon styles have a minimum of 1 unit; the product page shows the exact minimum per item.

Are balloon accessories and decoration kits available?

Absolutely! We offer complete themed decoration kits, balloon pumps, ribbons, display stands, and everything needed to create stunning balloon displays for any celebration.

How long do custom-printed balloons maintain their quality?

Our premium printing process ensures vibrant colors and sharp details throughout your event, with latex balloons maintaining helium longer and foil options providing extended display life.

Are balloons suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, but direct sun, wind, and heat will reduce float time. Use proper tethering and weights, and avoid sharp surfaces.

How should I store balloons before my event?

Keep them in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight and sharp objects. Inflate as close to the event time as possible for best results

How long do helium-filled and foil letter balloons float?

Latex typically floats for hours (longer with hi-float treatments), while foil/Mylar can float for days. Conditions like temperature and altitude affect results.

How quickly can I receive my letter balloons and number balloons order?

We offer rush delivery for all balloons and banner products to accommodate tight schedules like last-minute graduation events.

How durable are the foil balloons and decorations for events?

Our premium letter balloons float for days. Fill them with air using a straw or with helium for floating banner styles.

Superior quality ensures dependable performance for anniversaries, a baby shower, or any celebration when inflated close to the start time and stored away from extreme temperatures.
