See More FAQs
Can I order just one custom jacket?
Yes, you can order custom jackets as single pieces with the same quality standards and options to customize jackets as bulk orders. Whether you're looking to order custom jackets for an entire organization or just one piece, we maintain consistent quality standards. We treat every customer with the same attention to detail and service quality.
What file types are accepted when I customize jackets?
We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector files in AI or EPS formats for optimal print quality on your custom jackets. Ensure your logo files are high-resolution for the best customization results. Vector logo formats provide the sharpest results for both embroidery and printing. Your logo will be professionally reproduced on every custom jacket.
How long does custom jacket production take?
Standard production time for custom jackets with embroidery or printed designs is 10-14 business days, with rush options available for select items. This timeline applies to all custom jackets, ensuring quality craftsmanship. All custom jackets undergo thorough quality checks before shipping.
Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes, most custom jacket styles are available in extended sizes up to 5XL, depending on the specific product. You can customize jackets in extended sizes with the same decoration options. Your logo appears crisp and professional across all size ranges.

We also offer specific sizing for men’s and women's custom jackets for a better fit and comfort. Proper fit ensures your team looks professional and feels comfortable.

Can I get digital proofs before production?
Absolutely, digital proofs are available to ensure your printed design meets expectations before we begin production. We provide digital proofs before you order custom jackets to ensure complete satisfaction with your design. Review your artwork positioning and colors before we begin production.
Can I customize different areas of custom jackets?
Yes! Customize jackets with designs on the left or right chest and full back areas. Multiple placement options let you create jackets that represent your organization from every angle. Our design tools show real-time previews of your team logo in different positions. Embroidery works exceptionally well on our heavyweight materials for a professional finish.
What jacket styles work best for corporate branding versus sports teams?
Corporate-branded custom outerwear typically features softshell jackets, fleece jackets, or windbreakers with left chest embroidery for a polished look. Sports teams prefer varsity jackets, puffer jackets, or windbreakers with bold full-back customization. Both benefit from bulk ordering and flexible customization options.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.

If you are tax-exempt, simply enter your tax exemption number at checkout, and the tax will be automatically waived.
