Rizwan Ali

Rizwan Ali is COO of Swag Print, the Texas–based branded promotional products company, where he's led operations since June 2025. He oversees a global operation that handles everything from bulk merch to fully custom branded campaigns for businesses, teams, and organizations worldwide.

His background is operator-first rather than corporate-ladder. He has served as Vice President of Summit Retail Inc. since 2008, covering payroll, inventory, marketing, quality control, and sales management. He founded and ran his own apparel ecommerce brand, co-operated and invested in a pickleball facility, and spent a stint as COO of an urgent care group in Houston. He has also invested in childcare and real estate ventures. The through-line, in his own framing: people management, project execution, and building systems that scale.

He holds a master's in Strategic Management from University of Houston–Victoria and a bachelor's in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, and Management from University of Houston–Downtown. He has spent nearly a decade in volunteer leadership roles with community and youth organizations.

Rizwan lives in Texas with his wife and son, and spends most of his free time with family.
