Is it possible to review a design proof before making my purchase?
Absolutely. We provide a complimentary proof before you commit to buying. Just complete your order information and choose the "See Design, Pay Later" option when you check out.
Once you submit your order, we'll email you the proof along with an approval link where you can complete payment using your credit card or PayPal. Usually, production begins within 48 hours for standard process and within 6 hours for rush orders.
Need changes? No problem. Just respond to the proof email with your revision requests, and we'll update the design and send you a fresh proof to review.
What should I know about choosing imprint colors?
Your imprint color choice matters. We recommend selecting lighter, vibrant colors that make your message pop and catch attention. Using contrasting colors can make your imprint stand out even more beautifully.
That said, the final color decision is entirely yours to make. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for how your selected colors turn out since this choice rests with you. All custom cup sleeves come with color-matching guidance to help you make the best choice.
Our sleeves provide the best visibility when you select colors that complement your chosen white or kraft paper material.
What's the timeline for receiving my custom coffee sleeves?
You'll choose your preferred delivery date while placing your order. We'll then process, print, and ship your custom coffee sleeves to arrive by that date.
Keep in mind that our production and shipping schedules count only Business Days. Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks from receiving approved artwork.
Should I choose Standard or Rush production?
Standard production follows our regular timeline, and typically production begins within 48 hours. Rush production guarantees your order will be completed within 6 hours for rush orders. Both options maintain our commitment to quality for long-term use and durability.
How can I submit my artwork or design?
You have two options. Use our online design studio to create your artwork directly on our site, or upload your existing design through the provided submission link.
What file types do you accept for artwork?

Our online design studio accepts PDF, EPS, AI, JPG, PNG, and GIF files. For best results, submit high-resolution artwork that will provide the best print quality on your custom coffee sleeves.

If you're not using the design studio, we prefer vector formats like .ai or .cdr files. We also work with Photoshop PSD files.

Can I use copyrighted or trademarked designs?

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material. Our company cannot be held liable for any copyright infringement issues that result from printing your submitted designs.

We're a printing service that produces what you provide, so any legal concerns regarding intellectual property fall under your responsibility.

Which shipping carriers do you work with?
We partner with reliable carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL. For smaller orders under 100 coffee cup sleeves, we also ship via USPS.
Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax only applies if your order ships to a Texas address. Texas orders include an 8.25% sales tax on the total.

Have a tax exemption? Enter your tax exemption number during checkout, and the tax will be removed automatically.

Can I mix different custom coffee cup sleeve colors in one order?

Unfortunately, we can't mix colors within a single order. Each order needs to be for one specific color. If you'd like multiple colors, you'll need to place separate orders for each color variation.
